80’s Black Velvet Coat by JS Collections cotton silk blend Lounging RobeThis is a beautiful 40s style black velvet swing coat. Made in Canada in the 1980s. The fabric is a soft rich medium weight cotton velvet that is worked into a stunning coat with a shawl collar and wrist length raglan style sleeves with generous 3" wide fold up cuffs.
